Return Policy
At Lisa Vancouver Fashion, we do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered to you.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or other related return costs.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Items may be tried on for fit, but may not be worn beyond that.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted under our return policy.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@lisavancouverfashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
- The item must then be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns that do not arrive at the return address.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will process your refund if the item meets the return conditions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item for the refund to be completed
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Liability
Please note the following:
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, this remains the customer’s responsibility.
- Any address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- The item has been used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Tags or labels have been removed
- The return was requested outside the allowed return period
- The item was ordered in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of partial return
